As trial co-counsel, won three-week patent infringement trial in NewRiver, Inc. v. Newkirk Products, Inc. in U.S. District Court, Boston, MA in which opposing party was in home court and represented by Boston’s oldest and largest intellectual property firm.

Secured a royalty-bearing license for patent owner in patent infringement case in Protein Bar Technologies, LLC v. Standard Candy Company, Inc. in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

In trademark infringement case, defeated plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary injunction and won counter-motion for summary judgment of infringement against plaintiffs in The Fusco Group Inc. et al v. Loss Consultants International, Ltd. in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. Recovered damages for client in settlement.

Successfully vacated ex parte seizure order of client’s computer in trade secret misappropriation case in Ceramtec v. Gallagher in New York State Supreme Court, Albany County. Achieved complete victory in settlement.

Turned tables 180º on plaintiff in trademark infringement case in The Counties of Ireland, L.L.C. v. Irish Music Corporation et al in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York by vacating default judgment and achieving victory in settlement, including dismissal of case on merits.

Successfully forced corporate dissolution in contested action to dissolve closely held corporation on behalf of minority shareholder who was being frozen out of corporate governance and profit sharing in In re Alban Hills, Inc. in New York State Supreme Court, Fulton County.
